UNMASKED: THE GROUP EXPERIENCE

Your business doesn't need more of you. It needs more of you in it.

A six week experiential coaching experience for neurodivergent business owners who are already good at what they do, already have a business that works, but are bloody fed up with how exhausting it can feel to show up, be visible and make things happen.

6 weeks • 10 people • Coaching + comedy + improv
Starts Monday 9 November
Early bird £995 or 3 payments of £350

You can be bloody good at what you do and still find running your business exhausting

You have the skills, the clients, and you know your stuff. Your business is working. And yet…

You know you’re capable. That’s what makes it so frustrating.

You’re successful. So why does it still feel this hard?

What if you stopped treating this like a personality flaw?

What if the overthinking, over preparing, second guessing and struggling to be seen aren’t evidence that you’re bad at business, lacking confidence or somehow doing adulthood wrong?

What if your nervous system is sometimes responding to situations as though they’re a threat? Being seen. Getting something wrong. Being judged. Disappointing someone. Making the wrong decision. Taking up space. Not knowing exactly what happens next.

For a nervous system that’s on high alert, these things can feel much bigger than they objectively are. So you do what makes sense in the moment. You prepare more. You think more. You check again. You make yourself smaller. You avoid the thing. You wait until you feel ready.

Except eventually, those protective patterns start costing you. Not because you’re incapable. Because you’re spending an enormous amount of energy trying to make business feel safe enough to act.

UNMASKED is about doing business differently

Not another programme telling you to post more. Hustle harder. Become confident. Get your shit together. Or somehow transform yourself into the sort of person who effortlessly puts themselves out there every day.

Instead, we’ll explore how you actually want to work and be in your business. We’ll look at things like:

But we won’t just talk about them. We’ll practise.

Because knowing intellectually that you should trust yourself doesn’t necessarily help when your brain is screaming, but what if this goes terribly wrong? You need experiences that give you something different to work with.

This is where the comedy and improv comes in

UNMASKED combines deep coaching with ridiculous play. You’ll use improv experiments to practise things that can feel surprisingly difficult in business:

“I need to stop overthinking and just relax and be in the moment and trust that I will think of something to say.”

“I don’t feel nervous beforehand anymore. I just go with it.”

That’s the point. We’re not trying to manufacture confidence. We’re creating experiences that give you evidence that you can trust yourself.

And this isn't just about feeling better

When you’re spending less energy overthinking, rehearsing, second guessing and worrying about how you’ll be perceived, you have more capacity to actually do the things that grow a business. Things like:

You don’t need to become someone who is naturally fearless, relentlessly consistent or brilliant at putting themselves out there. You need to be able to take action while your nervous system is registering threat and your old patterns are telling you to over prepare, second guess or make yourself smaller.

The more evidence you build that you can handle being seen, making decisions, getting things wrong, being judged, taking up space and not knowing exactly what happens next, the less you have to organise your business around avoiding those experiences.

More pitches sent. More conversations started. More offers made. More opportunities taken. More people knowing what you do.

And, ultimately, more chances for the right clients to find you.

We're not trying to unmask you completely

Masking isn’t always bad. Sometimes adapting is useful. Sometimes it’s necessary. Sometimes it’s what keeps you safe.

The goal isn’t to rip the mask off and declare that you’re finally going to be your authentic self 100% of the time. The goal is more choice. More ability to ask:

What do I want? What do I need? What feels safe enough? What’s right for me? How do I actually want to show up here?

One of the beta participants put it brilliantly: “The goal isn’t to unmask 100% of the time. The goal is having more choice.”

What could change for you?

Trust yourself more

Make decisions without needing to analyse every possible outcome first.

Become more visible

Put yourself forward, talk about your work and let people actually see what you do.

Stop waiting for perfect

Get the thing out there while it’s good enough, rather than exhausting yourself trying to eliminate every possible criticism.

Set better boundaries

Say no when you mean no, without spending hours constructing and rehearsing the explanation.

Take up more space

Pitch, speak, collaborate, ask, follow up and put yourself forward.

Play bigger

Take the idea seriously. Go for the opportunity. Raise the price. Make the move.

Build success your way

Rather than constantly trying to squeeze yourself into someone else’s definition of what a successful business owner looks like.

The point isn’t to become a different person. It’s to have more ways of being yourself.

Who is this for?

UNMASKED is for you if:

This isn’t a rescue mission. You don’t need someone to convince you that you’re capable. You already know you are.

You’re here because you’re bloody fed up with knowing you’re capable and still finding yourself getting in your own way.

What the experience feels like

There are no gold stars for being the most productive person in the room. No pressure to become a relentless content machine. No pretending you’ve suddenly become confident because someone told you to believe in yourself harder.

Instead, we’ll explore, experiment, play, reflect and try again.

And we’ll do it alongside a small group of other neurodivergent business owners who understand the particular weirdness of being very capable and still occasionally thinking, why the fuck am I making this so difficult?

What you get

6 live group coaching sessions

Two hours each, Mondays 5 to 7pm, starting Monday 9 November.

3 reflection sessions

Wednesdays 5 to 6pm on 18 November, 2 December and 16 December. Opportunities to pause, reflect on what is shifting and bring what you are noticing back into the group.

A maximum of 10 people

Small enough that you won’t disappear into a crowd, with enough people to create a genuinely useful group experience.

Private group space

For support, reflection and keeping the conversation going between sessions.

Session summaries and prompts

So you can take the work beyond the live sessions and actually apply it to your business.

No recordings

This is designed to be experienced live, in the room, rather than something else you add to your I’ll watch that later pile.

Accessibility matters

And while this is an interactive experience, participation doesn’t have to look one particular way.

“I see myself as more normal than before. More capable of forging my own way and of that being the right way.”
