Payment Terms & Conditions
Unmasked: The Group Experience is a six-week group programme for neurodivergent business owners.
The programme runs from 9 November to 14 December 2026, with live group sessions taking place on Mondays from 5pm–7pm.
There are also three reflection sessions on:
• Wednesday 18 November 2026, 5pm–6pm
• Wednesday 2 December 2026, 5pm–6pm
• Wednesday 16 December 2026, 5pm–6pm
The programme includes live coaching, group discussion, exercises, reflection and improv-based activities.
There are a maximum of 10 places available.
Your place is confirmed once payment has been received, or, where a payment plan has been selected, once the first payment has been received and the payment plan has been agreed.
Places are personal to the participant and cannot be transferred to someone else without prior agreement.
The standard programme price is:
£1,295 paid in full
or
3 monthly payments of £450 (£1,350 in total).
The early bird price is available until Monday 12 October 2026:
£995 paid in full
or
3 monthly payments of £350 (£1,050 in total).
The standard price applies from Tuesday 13 October 2026.
The early bird price is only available for purchases made by the stated deadline.
If you choose a payment plan, you are agreeing to the full programme price associated with that payment option.
Payments will be taken on the dates agreed at the time of purchase.
If a payment fails, I will contact you to arrange payment. Access to future programme content and sessions may be paused until an outstanding payment has been resolved.
If you know you are going to have difficulty making a payment, please contact me as soon as possible. I would much rather have a conversation than have you quietly disappear into the Zoom wilderness.
If you purchase your place online or otherwise at a distance, you have a 14-day cooling-off period during which you can cancel your purchase without needing to give a reason, subject to your statutory rights.
If you wish to cancel during this period, please contact me in writing by email.
If you ask for the programme to begin before your 14-day cooling-off period has ended, you acknowledge that the service may begin during the cooling-off period.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
If you need to cancel your place, please contact me as soon as possible.
Any refund will be considered in accordance with your statutory rights and these terms, taking into account the circumstances of the cancellation and any programme elements that have already been delivered.
Once the programme has started, refunds for sessions or programme elements that have already been delivered will not normally be available, subject always to your statutory rights.
If you are paying by instalments and cancel after the programme has started, any amount that remains payable will be considered in accordance with these terms and applicable consumer law.
Things happen. Life happens. Neurodivergent brains happen. 😂
If something genuinely unexpected happens and you need to cancel or you find yourself struggling with the payment plan, please talk to me.
I can’t promise a particular outcome, but I will always try to find a reasonable solution where I can.
I’d much rather have an honest conversation than have you worrying about it on your own.
I will make every reasonable effort to deliver the programme as described.
Occasionally circumstances outside my control may mean that a session needs to be rescheduled or the format needs to change. If this happens, I will give you as much notice as reasonably possible and provide a suitable alternative where possible.
If I am unable to deliver the programme and cannot provide a suitable alternative, you will be entitled to the refund required by law.
The live sessions are an important part of the experience, particularly because the programme involves group interaction and improv.
If you cannot attend a session, please let me know where possible.
Sessions will not be recorded, because of the personal and sensitive nature of the conversations.
Instead, you will receive a summary and self-reflection prompts to help you stay connected with the programme.
You will never be forced to participate in an activity.
You are welcome to take breaks, have your camera off when needed, and participate in ways that work for you.
At the same time, this is an interactive group experience, rather than a programme designed simply to watch or consume.
You are therefore encouraged to participate, experiment and engage with the group in whatever way feels manageable for you.
The programme may involve personal conversations and sharing.
Everyone taking part is expected to respect the privacy of other participants and not share personal information, stories or discussions from the group outside the programme.
Please do not record, screenshot or distribute group sessions or other participants’ contributions without explicit permission.
Unmasked is designed to provide coaching, reflection, experimentation and practical opportunities to explore self-trust, visibility, communication and other aspects of running a business as a neurodivergent person.
However, individual results will vary.
I cannot guarantee any particular business, financial, personal or emotional outcome from taking part.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and business.
Unmasked is intended to be a supportive, inclusive space.
Participants are expected to treat one another with respect and to recognise that people may have different experiences, needs, communication styles and boundaries.
I reserve the right to ask someone to leave the programme if their behaviour is seriously disruptive, abusive, discriminatory or creates an unsafe environment for others. Where appropriate, I will discuss concerns with the participant first.
These terms apply to the programme you have purchased.
Any significant changes to the programme or these terms will be communicated clearly and will not remove or reduce your legal rights.
If you have any questions about payment, cancellation or the programme, please contact:
